Welcome to the acmehydroponics.net online store. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. The use of ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of acmehydroponics.net. ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer of acmehydroponics.net.

Returns: To return a new or defective product, please send an email to info@acmehydroponics.net with your order number, contact information, and reason for return. ALL returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Once we receive your email, we will contact you about your request. There are no returns on nutrients, electrical items, special order items, clearance items, trays, or pallet deliveries.

All returned items must be returned in original box with all packaging, instructions, accessories, pieces and original invoice enclosed. All returns are subject to approval based on condition received. If there is a problem with your return you will be notified within 7 days of receiving your product.

Damaged product: If a product is damaged during shipping it is required to note any/all damage upon receiving product. For example, making the driver aware, or taking a picture is great too! Once you sign for your product you will be responsible for any damage, so please inspect your package before signing. We will package your product in recycled unmarked boxes. Each box will be inspected by a supervisor to ensure items are packaged securely.
