By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. The use of ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of acmehydroponics.net. ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer of acmehydroponics.net.
Shipping and Delivery: All orders will be shipped as soon as possible; most orders will be shipped the same day of being placed if received before 1pm MST. Orders placed after 4pm MST on Fridays will be shipped on Monday regardless of the shipping option selected (i.e. overnight, next-day, etc). Any order received after 4pm MST on Fridays that require express shipping (i.e. overnight, next-day, etc) are subject to additional shipping charges. If items are on backorder they will not ship until available. We pride ourselves in customer service and will do everything we can to get product(s) to you as soon as we can!
All orders will be delivered via UPS ground unless an upgraded delivery option has been selected (i.e. overnight, next-day, etc.)
*Any large orders which require pallet shipping due to weight and/or size will be subject to a $150 pallet surcharge fee.
Qualifying orders over $149.99 will receive free UPS Ground shipping (only valid within the 48 lower US states). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot qualify for free shipping. If an order is returned to us which qualified for free shipping you will be liable for any return shipping charges incurred. If you would like the order resent, you will be liable for shipping charges. Please make sure your address is correct including unit, building, apt, suite number, etc. Thanks! Free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupons.
Damaged product: If product is damaged during shipping it is required to note any/all damage upon receiving product. For example, making the driver aware, or taking a picture is great too! Once you sign for your product you will be responsible for any damage, so please inspect your package before signing. We will package your product in recycled unmarked boxes. Each box will be inspected by a supervisor to ensure items are packaged securely.
In Store Pickup: Orders placed for in store pickup will be sent an email confirmation when order is ready in store. Most orders placed by 12pm MST will be ready for pickup by 4pm same or next business day pending item availability. Please call with availability questions.
